What a start to 2010! As you can see from our news section, we have experienced an incredibly exciting few months here at X-Leisure. With Xscape Castleford having welcomed its 20 millionth visitor, and Xscape Braehead its 10 millionth, we are looking forward to a bumper year.

As a team we are capitalising on the increasing opportunities to engage with consumers online across our destinations, which is recently demonstrated by the launch of two new websites for our Xscape and Tower Park venues. Both portals go beyond that of a standard information window and are packed with innovative features such as live updates from social networks including twitter and facebook, events calendars, interactive galleries and real time special offers. I can’t quite believe it myself, but we are also celebrating three anniversaries this year! Fountain Park, Norwich Riverside, and Xscape Milton Keynes are all 10 years old!! Stay tuned for more information on the festivities, we will be hosting a range of free events and activities to commemorate this fantastic milestone.

In the coming weeks we will also be launching our groundbreaking report Making a Case For Leisure that highlights the strength and growth of the family leisure & entertainment sector and the positive impact it has on the British economy.
